Hi, my name is Ivana Moreno Santos. I am a Service and Product Designer passionate about creating holistic experiences with beautiful and friendly services with different touchpoints to surprise and delight people. I believe that challenging times like the ones that we are living now give designers even more reasons to push further to innovate, create and get out of the comfort zone.
I trust that, because of my background in architecture, I have a lot to add on to the understanding of human interaction with the world. As an architect, my goal was always to create designs focused on enhancing people's experience by using new technological tools to achieve that. By means of the Master in Interaction Design, I learned how to use technology applied to different environments in order to make people's lives better.
I enjoy very much working in international and multidisciplinary teams. I like to learn new things and I am eager to improve my skills and knowledge. I try to be always updated to new trends. You can count on me to be responsible, hardworking, adaptable and proactive.
